I’ve been scanning some old family slides and came across Joe Greblo doing a tandem while hanging out with our teenage friends Parker and Tyler MacCready flying their Cumulus 5Bs. I was reminded that we didn’t use reserves back then!

Great pictures, Mario!
Thanks for sharing.
***At about the same time on the other side of the world me and my friends, bunch of
high school teenagers, saw some pictures from fairy tail land California in the magazine, that looked very much like yours.
Inspired, we desperately tried to build a glider, but because of lack of money, materials, skills and
knowledge couldn't do it. Luckily.***
I've scanned old slides too. Also some 40 something years old.
They tend to change the color, become "rusty". But I was delighted to find out, that the same software that comes with
scanner (Epson in my case), has the ability to correct the colors. They look much better, almost like original colors.
You might want to try it.
Cheers.
