he looped it, as you can see but says that it's delaminating and is toast. does anyone have a suitable glider just sitting in their garage doing nothing? DEFINITELY a worthy cause!

I have an old glider he is welcome to. An AEROS topless. Large size. It is old, but in better shape than the one it sounds like he is flying. Someone would need to pick it up and get it to him. I'm hugely oversubscribed.
If not, I'll keep it as my backup glider.
OH, and he'd need to inspect it and replace side-wires. But I know he's competent to do such. As far as I know, only side-wires are needed.
