Can you remember who held your nose wires on your first solo flight?
Most all of us can of course.

For me it was Erwin.

There I was. Thought I was gonna die! I looked to Erwin for reassurance. He smiled and cleared. I settled down and launched. For that moment I will be forever grateful.

Thanks for the mentoring and friendship Erwin.

Your advice has been remembered and now you will be remembered.
