TFR is in effect from 10/11/2019 to 12/11/2019 west of Kagel mountain

There has been a TFR issued for the " Saddleridge fire " starting a few miles west of Kagel mountain launch and continues to the west toward Porter ranch. It looks on the map that the 2,200 and 1,500 are just outside the TFR but the west towers are inside.It will be important to stay clear of aircraft fighting the wildfire.The TFR is due to Expire on 12/11/2019.

It looks like they expanded the TFR to include the LZ.

The TFR region has been reduced and now allows launches from Kagel. The eastern edge now includes the 1500. A map is available here:
