Barton,

The memory of the Internet far exceeds your own. Here are a few of your quotes from just this one topic:

http://www.shga.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5053
barton wrote:I promise to wash my hands after I wipe my BobK ~
barton wrote:I've seen you lie through your teeth about flying beyond the boundaries as stated in the rules at Torrey, i.e flying north of the bathtub, regret I didn't call you on it the day Robin was drillin you for that, so I know you are not a saint, by any stretch of the imagination. I just didn't want to get involved in your delusional perception that you were above the rules of authorized airspace.
barton wrote:You, just do not seem to get the drift that we are not interested in the story as viewed by your myopic world. As they said back in '65, Burn Baby Burn
barton wrote:BobK(razy) you sir, are just a simple bully. Much like that fat boy known as trump. Bullies never win, which makes you a LOSER in so many ways. Never put words in my mouth fathead!
And yet you'll post this as if it had any resemblance to your own (mis)conduct on this forum:
barton wrote:ADULT PRINCIPLES - RIP John Perry Barlow

1 Be patient. No matter what.

2 Don't badmouth: Assign responsibility, not blame. Say nothing of another you wouldn't say to him.

3 Never assume the motives of others are, to them, less noble than yours are to you.

4 Expand your sense of the possible.

5 Don't trouble yourself with matters you truly cannot change.

6 Don't ask more of others than you can deliver yourself.

7 Tolerate ambiguity.

8 Laugh at yourself frequently.

9 Concern yourself with what is right rather than who is right.

10 Try not to forget that, no matter how certain, you might be wrong.

11 Give up blood sports.

12 Remember that your life belongs to others as well. Don't risk it frivolously.

13 Never lie to anyone for any reason. (Lies of omission are sometimes exempt.)

14 Learn the needs of those around you and respect them.

15 Avoid the pursuit of happiness. Seek to define your mission and pursue that.

16 Reduce your use of the first personal pronoun.

17 Praise at least as often as you disparage.

18 Admit your errors freely and quickly.

19 Become less suspicious of joy.

20 Understand humility.

21 Remember that love forgives everything.

22 Foster dignity.

23 Live memorably.

24 Love yourself.

25 Endure.
Shame on you for misappropriating Mr. Barlow's words to cover your reprehensible conduct.

Take number 18 for example:

18. Admit your errors freely and quickly.

I can give you the benefit of the doubt that your accusation regarding Torrey (second quote above) started out as an innocent mistake (an "error" in the context of Mr. Barlow's list). But when you stood by it to smear me (for how many years now?) it went from innocent to malicious.

Again, shame on you.

Ah Barton, now you've done it. That's all it takes to start a 6 month campaign.

Remember rule 1.

Not as 'dead' as you thought, Vrezh!

Narcissistic megalomaniacs to your doldrums rescue, buddy: You have a pulse.

Now come fly!

But then, Mr. Barlow was writing about "ADULT PRINCIPLES".

Going forward with the past being history, I say do not be afraid of claiming your website. Use it or lose it as they say.

As far as adults, we fly hang gliders n run off the tops of perfectly good mountains. So there is room for debate there.

I’ll be down in la is land soon wanna fly too, which leads to the question... can I get a ride up or do I fly Crestline ~

Does this mean you wish to be added back to the Crestline mid-week shuttle email distribution?

You lied on this forum and you know it. That's your history until you change it.

You can't outrun it, and every denial just digs your hole a little deeper.

This is a lesson you should have learned by the age of 5 or 6. Somehow you missed out on it back then, and it's much harder on your ego today. But it only gets worse tomorrow.
