This Saturday I neglected to check whether my pod harness cords (the ones that control the zipper) were velcroed in place. Turns out the one for opening the harness was tucked into the harness itself, so zipping up made it impossible to grab it and zip out.
Fortunately, I was able to stand upright and use my hand to zip the harness open (I know there's the emergency method also to get out of the harness). But had I been low, I would have been forced to make a not preferable wheel landing.
Not a major incident, but hopefully you can learn from my mistake.
