Thanks Eric... please do bring the projector and all cables/cords that we might need to connect it to a computer. Might you have a pc that we could use to play videos and music?

Yeah I can bring my mac. I'm light on videos though, someone else should probably handle that.

I'm sure I have at least 30-40 hours of raw Sylmar video from 2010 to sort through. I could probably put something interesting together. I normally render everything into an mpeg-2 file. I could always send you a sample clip to be sure it plays well on your Mac.

Eric and Jonathan,

Thanks so much for the help with Mac and video content. Please move forward with this and ensure that the video content Jonathan has will work on the Mac.

We need a PA system that can hook in to the computer. Anyone out there have suggestions?

Fredrick,

Thanks for the offer to be there at 4:30. Really appreciate it and look forward to seeing you there for set up :-) We could use a couple more folks at 4:30 to help with set up.

Do we have any budget for renting a P.A.? A quick search found this:

http://www.allamericanav.com/rental_fil ... kages.html

The second one would work for us, it's $125 for the night. I have some musician friends I can ask as well.

mpeg-2 should be fine, Jonathan. But send me a clip to be sure.
