Some folks know Pattie Knapp, the goat and chicken lady, who lives a few houses north of the LZ. She and her husband, Scott, are retiring to Bishop and their house is for sale. The address is 12476 Tibbetts Street, which is the second house south of the Gavina Street bridge. It has a large back lot on "Five Lot Lane". It could be a great location for a pilot, with an easy walk to the LZ, a challenging walk to launch, a large lot, and direct access to the wash. Who knows; maybe Pattie will include a free goat!
