Problems download Dahlsten Cup posted files?

Anybody else unable to download or view the "Audio from radio transmissions" and "Results" files?

Looks like they are linked as:
http://chipmans.net/hg/files/OpenClass.pdf
mms://chipmans.net/hg/files/dahlston.wma


I get the following errors:
