6-10pm (set up prep 4:30 - 5:45)
Encino Community Center
4935 Balboa Blvd,
South of 101 on Balboa, on the right (west) side of the street. If you go to Ventura Blvd, you've gone too far.

This is a potluck event so bring your favorite dishes.

Please note, this year, during our Annual Club Meeting we will be taking a vote on changing our status to a 501(c)3 and your attendance for that vote is very important.

Is there any guidelines/requests for food? Such as last names starting with A-M should be a main course, N-Z should bring ???????????

Don, Thanks for asking. There are no specific guidelines for the pot luck. Vegetarian options are often overlooked and therefore welcome but anything is appreciated.

Thanks for your willingness to show up early to help with set up. I just found out that the Rec Center has an event in our room until 5pm. So, it will be a very quick set up for us that will not begin until 5pm or shortly before.
