Very nice chad.

Also, nice touch with the helmet cam.
Too bad they didn't make those helmet cams ('lipstick' cam?) with some sort of 'anti-shake' circuitry.

Still, a very nice video.

Thanks for sharing.

Don't think that he'll want to test fly a T2C since he had problems with the Litesport which is a 'king-posted' glider and should be much easier to fly than a T2C. Allen Allen, When I purchased the Litesport I had it inspected by Windsports and then Phil Bloom test flew it for me. His comment was e...

Pretty cool! Did you plan on seeing if you could find them, or was it just a chance 'meeting'?
(You sure can hear the helicopter in parts of the video!!!)

It's actually really nice seeing a lot of input from different people on hand postitions and the transitioning of the hand positions during the landing. It helps people to realize that not one type of transition period works for all types of gliders.

Really nice input.

Allen, Of course you are correct in that SOMEONE will probably land on it before it is ready. What can we do? Planting from seed would only be worse. Just for clarity, NOBODY should land on it for 2 WEEKS after Saturday. Any early landings will mess it up since the root system will not be establish...

Thanks Janyce. Details as I know them now are that we will receive 6 pallets of sod Saturday morning. I am not sure exactly when but it should be early. I think if we get enough volunteers to start by 9:00 am we have a good chance of completing by fly time. It must all be laid same day or it will d...

Looks like a nice system. What's the maximum wind speed that they'll use the system?.......... A good question which needs to be worked out along w/ other as-yet-to-be-discovered unknowns. It will be interesting as to what they feel is safe as far as the max windspeed would be. Thanks again for the...

Any idea as to what the altitude of the LZs are out there?
(Curious as to what the AGL was there.)

What's the maximum wind speed that they'll use the system?
(Seems like too much wind and it could cause some problems taking an assembled glider up.)

Jonathan, Would you be willing to link to this video on the OZ report? Especially the 2nd landing? And would the pilot in command of that landing (Greg Kendal?) be willing to have it so posted? I've been asked again and again for a video of the Moonwalk Landing by denizens of the OZ Report. Greg do...

PLEASE check with Wills Wing, Joe or Andy first! Hang glider sails are not only synthetic, but have certain resins in them as well. I know nothing about what will damage them, but do know that you want to be very sure what you are using is ok before you try it... Some chemicals are not good for you...

Hehe. Pretty cool.

Kinda reminds me of the movie "Wall-E" where all of the people that left from earth in the spaceship and became extremely overweight because all they seemed to ever do was lay around all day.
(definitely would be fun to have races with!!!)
