And it shows. I'm always proud to introduce and re-introduce visiting and local pilots to the club grounds.

Re: Merry Condensation All My Friends!

Really nice, with perfect music. Thanks. You're welcome. I shared the original edit with OP while I was compiling footage so he got to enjoy an early version. As you can imagine, we were pretty silly and juvenile about the concept which was par for the course. His dad, Chris has seen this version o...

Merry Condensation All My Friends!

https://youtu.be/8zVI26Vm_uY I originally began a secret anthology of my personal FAR 103.23 breaches in concert with Orian Price less than a year before he tragically died. I have since refined the edit and sound track dozens of times trying to get it just right and remove the non-aesthetic element...

Watch out in the Clouds....
Please don't even be in the clouds locally given the amount of commercial and other powered air traffic.

On another note, I see you signed your marvelous watercolor "WINGNUTZ".
I am impressed. If you have an online gallery I would enjoy seeing more.
Cheers,
Jonathan

Cloud Suck Thursday - 2019.11.21

Hour-long flight yesterday to 500' below cloud base just over 4900'MSL. The lighting and scenery were very pleasing but the cold and turbulence weren't nearly as enjoyable. I kept the edit short and to the point. Enjoy! https://youtu.be/orvDVALVcqY http://photos.imageevent.com/aero92/misc/vlcsnap-20...

An Exquisite Autumn Soaring Flight - 2019.11.12

Tuesday's 3:10hr 42-mile scenic flight from Marshall Peak 15 miles East to Keller Peak then 20 miles West to Sugarpine Mountain then out over the flats along the 215 freeway and back to Andy Jackson Airpark followed by a harmless landing splat due to pilot fatigue. The weather doesn't give us many o...

Epic Save & Climb @ Harrison Mtn - 2019.08.11

https://youtu.be/GwBsbFsL8Rs

The most critical phase of yesterday's challenging 3-hr flight on my WW Sport 3 155.
There is some self-talk and decision-making in this video that some pilots may find useful.
This could have been anywhere so ignore the location and how i arrive there.

Long Scratch & Glide Home 2019.06.01

How low can I fly from Crestline to the Cliffhanger around Arrowhead Peak and still make Andy Jackson from an 18:1 glide required on a Sport 3 155?

Chasing Clouds in Churning Air 2019.04.09

Lots of fun and difficulty at Crestline earlier this week. Live sound with little talking but good graphics. A good video to give newcomers an honest and no bullshit look at what it's like to have solid H3 skills*. https://youtu.be/_jct18kl838 * I don't claim to be anything beyond an average recreat...

Low Save Thanks to a Red-Tail

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IU1uqDDVAl4 at 4:00
After getting trashed and flushed then finally setting up to land at AJX, a red-tail flashed across my view at ~275' AGL as I was preparing to land. So I followed it for a few turns and was able to dig back out for a fun flight.
