Comparing hang gliding to paragliding is like apple to oranges, you can have a preference but its dumb to claim ones better if you haven,t tried the other. I don,t think we have to excel over over visiting pilots as a group , is jc trying to promote some kind of tribalism ? You don,t have to be good...

What am I `missing here? Claims to have reached a speed of 364 mph. and hopes to exceed the sound barrier ? Doesn,t terminal velosity for a human body still exist?? approx 12o mph . I didn,t see a rocket strapped on his back .

welcome to sylmar . Victor air way is 7000 ft I think ! I,ve seen them much lower coming into burbank , carry a lot of change in your pockets , might show up on radar .

Tried that and learned air speed is air speed does not help to fly down wind!!!!

With the money spent on the gazebo we could have a cable car with glider racks going up the face Maybe a zip line going down for the bad days.
