Brad - Thank you for your comments about the memorial. I too am a non-member although I have met several members and have been extremely impressed with the sense of commaraderie that I have picked up from each of them. Eventually, once I get back on my flying feet (after 26 years off) I hope to be a...

Meanwhile Over At Pine Mtn.............

It was interesting to note Chip's comment about the big development over at Pine Mtn where Tony went 208 miles and past 29 Palms.

Looks like SoCal is taking the XC back from Drummer Stan and pal Dave in NY State.

I was just a visiting pilot from SLC, but happened to be in the LZ........slow response and seemingly apathetic care from the EMT's...... Roz - This is certainly no way to treat guests. I'm sure your response to the calamity was greatly appreciated and your video may shed some light on how bad the ...

I took the liberty of scanning the article into a jpe...

It's Been 26 Years Since........

……I last flew a hang glider. I used to hang glide from 1973 through 1982 then I stopped. Yesterday at Sylmar Flight Park I took my first tandem flight/lesson off Kagel Mountain with Joe Greblo, lead instructor from WindSports in Sylmar, CA. I got the whole thing on my Kodak V705 and edited it do...
