Something to consider also is that it seems to be in the monsoon season there in July and T storms are almost daily. Cedar mtn. was accessible on past trips, though there was a little snow around.

It's looking like winds will be too north so we cancelled the trip. Definitely going in March, though. 3/24-3/25. Best time anyway, with all the wildflowers blooming in the desert south of Ensenada.
