Low Water Crossing + Culvert for the LZ

Low Water Crossing + Culvert for the LZ

I was thinking more along the lines of a Goft Cart Low Water Culvert for the LZ.

With this form... http://www.nrm.dfg.ca.gov/FileHandler.a ... entID=3754

it appears to be 240$ for the permit to construct such a device.
