FYI...
I received a letter from W5YI-VEC reminding me to renew my license for the amount of $7.00.
About a week later I received another letter from ARRL asking to do the same for $ 39.00.
Consequently I did a Google check and discovered that it's a SCAM.
There is no need to pay anything.
