Cool video explaining how North Wing gliders work. Totally worth the view.

Some old gliders looked similar:
- The glider with the radial battens looks like the Tecma Medil (beginning of the 90's)
- The Freedom X and the Ellipse Virus (end of the 80's) are both topless gliders with struts instead of side wires.
