Forest Service Very Concerned

We received a special notice from the forest service asking us to be very very careful when we are within the Angeles National Forest boundaries (route to Kagel Launch and on launch) They have raised the Fire Danger Level to "Extreme" and are reminding us that smoking in the forest is illegal unless in enclosed places (insider car). Also catalytic converters easily start brush fires when cars park in tall grass. Welding, metal cutting, and fires of any sort are prohibited.

Let's all please be very very careful and observant of each other actions.
You can join us in Rome Dodson's, club Arson/Crime-Watch program by taking photos and careful notes of suspicious activities within the forest and getting them to me.
Also, the gate to launch has been vandalized again and the lock cut so we may have a recurring illegal visitor.
