Our friends doing good in Oregon comps

Post by Vrezh »

So far 3 tasks are flown.
Rob is doing great (keep in mind, it's his first comp), and so are others.
I wonder, if Chris Smith's foot injury has something to do with overalls.

When it rains ....

Post by Chip »

After missing the start cylinder on the first day my 8 meters, I was beginning to move up or so I thought. The second day I was 6th into goal 5th if you don't count the rigid. The next day was a hard fought battle in the lee side, but still I landed with most of the lead group.

Feeling I had started to shake off that bad first day, But then the deck it on the fourth day without getting the start cylinder, missed by 28 meters. I think I can shake it off.

Then I seriously sprain my ankle playing frisbee on uneven terrain, my comp is over after that. This is the second ankle injury during the comp and the 4th injury for a field of 20.

Sucks ...........
