The video shows an upper Parma PG landing with an east wind. HG's never land in uppers when it's east. Use lowers or lower-lowers. Also, uppers is somewhat short and there's no place to go if you overshoot. Also, if it's strong west, you may end up short if you try a long final - I've done that a few times. You have to use RLF techniques at Parma. It would be best to get a local pilot to give you the LZ tour. Have fun.
