USHPA Region 3 Elections - 2011
The elections happen in the fall, but in order to be on the ballot, candidates need to put their hats in the ring much sooner (typically by early July). I'm posting as a head's up for any Sylmar pilots interested in becoming a Regional Director for Region 3.
I can give a long list of reasons why we need new leadership at USHPA, but the easiest is the lack of transparency. In the two years since I've been working to open up the USHPA Board's voting system, not one of the current Region 3 Directors has supported that effort. It's time for a change.
