Pilot Rating Requirement
Per Chip's post - Pilot rating requirement is "advanced" AKA H4.
If it is different - I'm interested.
If it is different - I'm interested.
Requirements
Besides the H3 / H4 issue - you also need XC sign-off. One of the requirements for that is RLF Retricted Landing Field. You may want to talk to Joe Greblo about advice, observation of your landings. I'm working on it now.
Meet director responds
I emailed the meet director about the H4 requirement.
Looks like the requirement will be relaxed.

When we put in our bid for our meet, we expected it to be awarded as US Nationals. Nationals was award to Florida Ridge. We decided to continue with our meet but change the structure and open it up to a larger group including single surface and sport class.
There has been a response from HG pilots and we would like to ask your opinion as well.
It has been suggested that Lakeview be the National Completion for single surface and sport class. What is you opinion? Do you think pilots would respond? Our intent is to continue the competition over the years and grow it into an educational and training ground.
I look forward to your response,
Mike Haley
