United Airlines changes hang glider baggage fees

Starting on April 28th, the baggage fees for a hang glider on United Airlines are $100 per flight domestic, and $200 per flight international (or 150 Euro for trips from Europe). This is down from $400 each way! More details are here:

Is this for a full length HG or one that is Short Packed? If Full lenth, it would be crazy wielding A 20' HG around in a busy airport baggage check..

When I flew with mine last year, it was in a 13 ft. standard HG shipping box, but United doesn't give dimension restrictions.
