Richards Memorial

Post by Brad Hall »

I hope you don't mind a non members comment about the gathering
on Sat. I have been to a few of these events over the years, and
they all say something about the lost pilot. I have never been so
moved as I was by all Richards friends. I never met him and that
is my loss. It is clear he was an extraordinary individual loved by many.
The missing man formation was beautiful and said it all. He was very
fortunate to have such good friends. Thank you for letting me be there.

Brad - Thank you for your comments about the memorial. I too am a non-member although I have met several members and have been extremely impressed with the sense of commaraderie that I have picked up from each of them. Eventually, once I get back on my flying feet (after 26 years off) I hope to be an active member of this fine group of individuals. Cheers, Jonathan Dietch
