The Sewer Line Is IN!

Starting at 8AM, Tuesday May 24, the backhoe operator hired by Richard Shaw
began to dig at the street. By 4PM the trench was complete. Richard, Jay and Jim laid about 210 feet of pre-assembled, ABS line into the deep gash in the driveway. The line is filled with water for inspection, due Thursday. The pedestrian gate will remain locked until the trench is filled and the pathway restored.

Thanks also to Joe Greblo for his assistance and bringing sand in to help back-fill to maintain the slope of the line.
