Since Rich Grigsby provided a cost estimate of between $38,500 and $43,500., the board has decided that this is within the allocated budget and has given the go ahead to submit the plans to building and safety and proceed with the project. The plans were accepted into "plan check" at Building and Safety and we will get them back in 3 weeks with any required corrections or additions.

I thought that Lynn McLaughlin told you these things yesterday, and Jim Thompson has put this info on the club forum last week, so I'm curious why you are asking?
