Hey Jonathan,
Thanks for the graphic. If you look closely enough, you can see that Kagel lies within the outermost red ring. The ring goes past Agua Dulce. The TFR is actually from the Santa Monica VOR. If you look on the chart and follow the 067 degree radial out for 5.3 nm, that will be the center of your circle. If you were to draw a circle with a 35nm radius from the 5.3nm point on the 067 radial, you will see that Kagel will be within the TFR.

Just trying to keep everyone legal and safe! Just be down before 1700PDT on 4/19 and don't launch until after 1100PDT on 4/20 - BUT check before you go.
