1/20/12 - Area Near the Rose Bowl - Check before you fly

Although this isn't that close to launch, I do know that some pilots like to venture out toward Mt. Wilson. Check before flying (if flyable) on Friday to make sure that the TFR area has not gotten bigger horizontally or vertically and that the times have not changed.

Center: On the VAN NUYS VOR/DME (VNY) 086 degree radial at 17.3 nautical miles. (Latitude: 34º10'10"N, Longitude: 118º08'59"W)
Radius: 3 nautical miles
Altitude: From the surface up to but not including 3000 feet AGL
Effective Date(s):
From January 20, 2012 at 1115 PST
To January 20, 2012 at 1445 PST
