Jonesy tree Landing

Post by max »

Jonesy we are all glad that you walk away from that incident unharmed (described in safety and incident section) but you realized that the club members are now stocked with a tedious work of renaming you and some of the landmark so you won't forget that incident.I going to start first with some suggestions Jonesy the tree HUGGER or Jonesy the three men or Jonesy the tree trimmer.of course we have to rename the tree and the Big T Lz.I need help with some more suggestions. Jonest you thought you walk away unharmed from that incident think again you know there's more to come. :D :? :o :?:

Big Tree Jones?

Or just Big Tree. I mean, given how humongously tall he is, and the tree landing... ;-)

Actually, I'm not all that in favor of pilot nicknames for this stuff, but if we are going to do them, they should be fun and memorable.

The LZ could easily be the Big Tree LZ, though.

I humbly submit: The Tujunga Tree Topper
Honestly, I don't think this incident warrants a nickname.

The tree however, will always be known as "Jonesy's Tree".

Let's be glad he's OK.

I like Jonesy. I've known him for ten years and he deserves a pass. Glad you walked away from it.
