SHGA Holiday Potluck and Annual Club Meeting

Come One Come All!

Saturday, December 8th
6-10pm (set up prep 4:30 - 5:45)
Encino Rec Center
4935 Balboa Blvd,
South of 101 on Balboa, on the right (west) side of the street. If you go to Ventura Blvd, you've gone too far.

The usual festivities:
Pot Luck & Holiday Cheer
Annual Pelican Roast
Cutter on Piano 6-7pm - ish

WE NEED THE FOLLOWING: (PLEASE RESPOND IF YOU CAN HELP!)
1) 1 large ice chest
2) Ice, sodas and water
3) MC for the evening (I am hoping Larry is available)
4) Load in assistance (3 people to help w/PA, tables and set up -- arrive at 4:30pm)
5) Help with decorations (arrive at 5pm)
6) AV equipment w/ability to play DVD and MP4 video and digital projector w/VGA hook up

Ice, Soda, Water

I will bring two ice chests - 1 full of soda (coke, pepsi, sprite, diet) and the other full of bottled water.

We want to video the Pelican Roast this year. I have a camera but I do not have a tripod. Anyone out there have a tripod we can use for the Holiday Party?

PS ~ Janyce, Glad to know you are on the mend. I hope to see you at the party this Saturday (and I love wheatgrass :o )

Tripod

I have a tripod - I've used it on my simple digit camera. The only concer is are tripod mounting screw/bolt size universal?

I'll bring what I have.
