If you are one of those people who are really frustrated by now because of the lack of soaring time at Kagel then you definately don't want to click this link http://www.sonicmediala.com/blog/cloudbase.jpg to see the soaring conditions where I have been flying.
On this day I had my first flight over 100 miles (104) and made goal. Cloudbase was about 9000ft AGL and streeted all over the place.

Hey,
Been following all your adventures over there, reading in whatever format comes along. It's good to see you doing so well. I saw day 4 wasn't too rewarding for you . I told Phill you must be exhausted after the 168km flight making goal.
The weather over here has been nice and sunny and that's the most frustrating part. At least if it were raining, flying would be out of the question. But the sun and wind seem to be on opposite cycles and do not cooperate but about once every week or two it manages to happen for a day and sometimes two in a row.
You got one more comp I guess. Hang in there, keep the reports comming.
