I basically agree with Jonathan. There was some talk about a helicopter but we could not get a clear confirmation that one was called in. We asked about it on the radio and got no replies. As soon as the helicopter appeared up there, we all went out to land.

My suggestion is to install a radio in the LZ with a speaker so that situations like this do not occur and pilots can always access the LZ and vice versa. I think it might be at least mildly entertaining for people on the ground in any case. This may be more practical if we ever get the gazebo built, but I have a radio and speaker I can donate.

Does anyone have a report on Eric's condition?
