Still the same flying comp and BBQ, just a week later.

Hey Folks,

Here's our agenda for the Spring Air Festival this coming Saturday.

9:30 AM - 11 AM . . Pilot Check-in / GPS registration/prep
10:45 AM . . Pilot's Meeting for all competitors
11:00 AM Silent Auction Opens
12:00 PM Bill Bennett Memorial Bench Dedication
12:00 PM . . Launch window opens for All Classes
1:00 PM . . Start window opens Sport Class/Fun Class
1:30 PM . . Start window opens for Open Class
4:00 PM . . BBQ Starts!
5:00 PM Silent Auction Closes
5:15 PM Glider - Live Auction
5:30 PM . . Awards

Please note that Guacamole entries must be made by 1 PM. We will announce the winners during the Awards portion of the day.

We have a couple gliders going up for live auction. They will be set up in the LZ so you can check them out.

We need volunteers to help with set up, creating spots for the spot landing contest and tracking landings.
