I went last year and want to go again in 2007. However, since either set of dates will most likely work for me - I'll let the others vote and decide the date.

Something to consider also is that it seems to be in the monsoon season there in July and T storms are almost daily. Cedar mtn. was accessible on past trips, though there was a little snow around.
