I'm pretty sure a bounce of the web server would have fixed it but they have their procedures. They say it should be reolved within the next 24 hours, so hang tight boys and girls.

I can assure everyone that it wouldn't take Chip that long. Heck, he knows much more about server-side stuff than me, and when I was at UCLA or LAHD it wouldn't have taken ME that long. And it wasn't even my main job there.
So, for anyone who doesn't know much about computers: CHIP IS NOT TO BLAME. He's doing a good job. And he's almost certainly right about how the hosting company does it.
