By regulating herb like they do alcohol, with excise stamps, the money saved on enforcement would go a long way to paying California's IOU problems, not to mention enforcement diverted to SERIOUS problems. Don't even get me started on CCW preventing crime. Gets down to not enough citizens stepping up to their original constitutional responsibilities and instead allowing the concept of legislated safety and hiding their own heads in the sand. Just my .02 before it goes into hyperinflation. Joel
