We want to enjoy your best Guacamole recipe. In order to assist you with your award winning entry here are suggested guidelines:
Prepare 2 Quarts
Bring it in air tight plastic container so we can keep it cold in the coolers
SHGA will provide chips
Bring your own beer or beverage pairing
Entries must be made by 1pm
Results will be announced during the flying comp awards
Please note: All entries will be judged against Cathy Thompson's killer gaucamole.
