web site is slow

I've been getting 7 to 20 second response times on shga.com the last week. Anyone else notice this? Maybe we need the host to reboot their server or we may need a higher capacity host. Maybe its just busy in the mornings.

Ya- I've noticed it to,and when I try to post I get redirected back to where I started .and I still can,t access the members only section of the site.

Yes, I've been finding it very slow lately as well. Sometimes it takes nearly a minute to bring up a page.
