LZ Thanksgiving

For those of you that might not have plans for attending the Turkey Meet in Elsinore, the Chipman's will host a small pot luck Thanksgiving celebration in the LZ on Thursday. Erwin contributed the turkey as well as plenty of trimmings.

If it's flyable (and it looks like it might be

), we'll fly first and then chow down after flying.

We have the following eats:

HoneyBaked Ham
Turkey
Mashed Potatoes
Yams (sweet potatoes)
Cornbread muffins

Could use the following:
Veggies
Salad
Bread (rolls)
Drinks (Wine, beer, water, whatever you want)

Probably start eating around 3

hey jeff, what a nice idea! but the TURKEY MEET is the 28th, so people can easily do both, and should. it's a fund raiser for Bruce Carr, who had an in-flight heart attack or stroke. He wound up in a palm tree and then fell to the ground. We should all go and show our support!

if i'm in the l/z on thursday--which is to say, if it's flyable--i'll bring some veggies!
