while i was subbing today, my first grade class spent an eternity in the auditorium practicing the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" song called "Xmas Don't Be Late." I altered the lyrics for our purposes:
Christmas, Christmas time is here
Time for toys and time for beer!
This lift's good, whoa! what just passed?
It's a litespeed, wow, they're fast!
Want a vario from Steve Kroop,
Me, I want to learn to loop!
We just want a good lapse rate
For Christmas, that'd be great!
