As the club's only Wills Wing T2C pilot, I've gotten a few inquires about the glider as a viable alternative to the Litespeed, etc. I asked Mike Meier at Wills Wing about making a demo glider available as they did with the U2 160 last year. Mike indicates that after they come back from demo days in FL at the end of March they could make a new model T2C available if enough pilots contact him directly with their interest. The easiest way is email to mike - at - willswing - dot - com.
FWIW - Mine T2C 144 is an ex-2009 comp glider that was built ~ April, 2009. The handling is quite good and I can fly it long and hard without getting fatigued. It seems to keep up well with the Litespeeds in spite of my modest skill set.
The 2010 models have a new sail fabric that has lower stretch and is lighter weight than 2009. It's reported to have noticeably improved handling. I have yet to fly one myself and can't comment from personal experience. Hopefully, there's enough interest from the club that WW would be willing to leave one with Windsports as they did with what is now Adam's U2 160. I know I'd like to sample the new model T2C myself.

Max, Don't you fly a Sport 2 155? You'd probably be fine on the 144. I hook in at 200# and it definately has wing area to spare. If you buy one I have a feeling I'll regret it. Come to Wallaby
I was over at WW this afternoon and spoke to Mike Meier who informs me that their demo T2Cs are selling before they've even been demo'd. With that in mind, if anyone is seriously interested finding out what all the brouhaha is about then come to Wallaby where there will be plenty of opportunities to demo the T2Cs on hand as well as easy soaring conditions.
