WASN'T TODAY A GREAT DAY? (This one's for you Janyce)

Altitudes to over 8000', clear skies, little wind. Spring is here and we at Sylmar took advantage of the conditions, didn't we? No one was counting but even with all the gliders that were in the air, we were so spread out that we had no right-of-way issues. Falcons were exploring new territory, many others made the trip to Lukens, some of us even stole back for a second helping and how about those low saves?

What more could you ask of an almost backwards day that turned on and turned excellent? Oscar even got his license plate back from his evil twin.

See you all next weekend!

Word up!

I got 2 Hours 2 Minutes in!
The highest I saw on my wrist vario was 6800 but could have been higher. I need to download the log.

Those knee hangers where killing me.

As i approach my one year anniversary of my fist day at the beach I now have 16 1/3 Hours.

Last Saturday was no slacker day, either. A little hard to get down towards the end!
