From an early look BlipMap ETA model it looks like 15k in the desert. Pine Mtn looks inviting as does Garlock, and BlackHawk. Winds light out of the SE, with Thermal velocites through 800'/min.
Here at Sylmar, we'll be right on the edge of it. I'm charging my equipment just in case the conditions improve.

From the looks of it, conditions will likely blow-up in the desert once again tomorrow with the southerly tropical flow. Here at Sylmar the inversion is still a major influence.
