call 818 957-2918. it's the la crescenta switchboard for 911 and they can IMMEDIATELY set up the quickest response team. 911 goes through highway patrol and takes a LOT longer.

We might also might want to discuss what to do when rescue helicopters come to the aid of our fellow pilots.
