VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

If all goes as planned, the club must provide assistance beginning Tuesday morning through the week. Two sets of unskilled hands have been requested by Steve Nootenboom to help with rebar bending and tying. It doesn't have to be the same people everyday or even the entire day but there must be 2 at all times that Steve is on site. Please call me at home and tell me if you can make it any days and what hours you can volunteer. We'll know for sure that this is on by Saturday.

Please call Jim and spend an afternoon helping on this project. It's not hard work and it's really important that each of us find a way to support our club. This is a good way to do it.

For those of you not working on the project, please stay the hell out of Steve Nootenboom's way. We lost an hour and of half of his productivity today, due to all the pilots that wandered up to him to say hello, offer suggestions and just shoot the breeze for a few moments. It's amazing how much this interferes with his job. Imagine a steady stream of your friends stopping by your work every day to shoot the breeze for a few minutes. it all adds up to lost work time. Because of this, Steve now has to drive back to Sylmar from San Clemente, to finish what should have been done today.

If you have something to offer, please don't offer it to Steve. Instead, Jim Thompson, Ken Andrews, Chris Arminta, Tom Cornelius, and Joe Greblo will be glad to answer all your questions during this phase of the project.
