If you notice the wing has a rigid tube along its downward curved leading edge. There is also a single down tube from the wing to the car. This arrangement makes the wing more of a hang glider than a paraglider. The wing stays up when the car is stationary and there is no wind speed.

I read the price was $85,000 with a top road speed of 80 to 85 mph and a top air speed of 35 to 40 mph
