ANOTHER GREAT $ MAKING IDEA!

since we will not need all the glider storage space now,we can put an air matress in one and when some pilot drinks to much,they can sleep in there for only $5 a night. we can rent a large one out like a condo, for some homeless pilot,(like if trish throws me out).a lot of pilots are kind of bummed out about the gazibo, i think we need more levity,(laughs). we are taking reservations,(first come first served). deadeye gazibo, gazabo gazebo ?? BFD.

or we could turn it into a jail and rent space to the State to reduce prison overcrowding. or at least jail the drinkers who don't pick up after themselves.

I sat on the west side of the pavilion deck using the trees as shade and it was quite nice. Once it actually starts to provide shade I think people will like it more.
I talked to solar panel salesman at the Woodland hills free Sunday concert a week ago and he said he could cover the entire roof in solar cells for about $30k , but because we are with DWP we can't sell the excess back. The best we could do was have a $0 bill. For that we would just need a small panel.
