Sylmar Hang Gliding Association

The Windsports Big Sur trip is scheduled for Sept 23-25. It was an incredible flying experience last year with many pilots ascending a mile over lunch with multi-hour flights. Can't guarantee that this year, but it is a remarkable place to fly at any time.

I am again helping Joe organize and will be emailing everyone the information. If you are interested in joining us PLEASE EMAIL me at czumpft@singular.com. I will get the information out straightaway.

Kat Shaw was able to reserve five spots for our use starting on Thursday night (9/22). There is another large party that had snarfed most of the sites so she had to pick them up starting on Thursday. Price per pilot will be no more than $30 depending on the number of pilots who join us however, we are hoping it will again be $25 per pilot (this includes breakfast).

Hang 2's who have not flown Big Sur need to check in with Joe regarding eligibility for this site. He and/or Andy will be there to work with the H2s who need a sign off for Big Sur!

I will also be arranging car pools so let me know if you need a ride.
