Hey folks,

I've gone professional now - I actually got *paid* for a picture. Now if I can win at least one of these every hour I can quit my day job:)

It was the Vacation Photo Contest in the Simi Valley Acorn local newspaper. Winners were printed with the Oct 7th Edition. Note: this photo beat a photo of a topless girl (3rd place, see full page link below) - not bad.

great going!!! years ago i won 2nd place in KRLA'S contest, won $100,by puting krla sign in 3 ft. letters on 1 wing. the k blew off in 5 seconds, but the photographer got the shot at 1500 launch before it blew off. rome
